1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 years or older. If you are under 13, do not use the App. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the App. This includes: (a) Registration details: username and mobile number, (b) Login details: mobile number and password (password is stored in a protected/hashed form, not as plain text), (c) Profile data: username and mobile number, (d) Quiz history: scores, attempts, and timestamps, and (e) Technical data (limited): basic logs for troubleshooting and security (for example, time of login, error logs).

3. Login and Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and log in. Registration generally requires a username, mobile number, and password. Login generally uses mobile number and password. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

4. Internet Connection Requirement

The App requires an internet connection for core functionality such as login/registration, loading quizzes, syncing progress, and showing updated content. If your internet is not available, some features may not work until you reconnect.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) create and manage your account, (b) authenticate login and keep sessions active, (c) provide quiz features and show your progress, (d) maintain and improve app performance, (e) prevent fraud/abuse and keep the App secure, and (f) comply with legal obligations when required.

6. Cookies, Sessions, and 30-Day Login

To keep you logged in, we may store a session token on your device (for example, via cookies or local storage, depending on the platform). Our session/cookie lifetime is set up to approximately 30 days. You can log out anytime to clear your active session. Clearing browser/app data may also remove stored session data.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when needed: (a) with service providers that help us operate the App (for example, hosting, OTP/verification, notifications, ads/analytics if enabled), (b) to comply with law, legal process, or government requests, or (c) to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our platform, and the public.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as advertising, analytics, push notifications, or OTP verification. These providers may collect information under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies within the App listing or their official documentation.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and avoid sharing your login credentials.

10. Data Retention

We retain your account information and quiz history for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the App services. If you request deletion, we will delete your data as described below unless we must keep certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

11. Account & Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using our Data Deletion Request page. When your deletion request is processed, we will delete: (a) your Profile data (username and mobile number), and (b) your Quiz history (scores, attempts, timestamps), subject to any legal or security retention requirements.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
